SAVE 1,000 SINNERS ~ Five Minute Eucharist Devotion
The Sacred Heart revealed a beautiful and powerful devotion to Marie-Julie jahenny on September, 1925.
“Come to Me in the Holy Eucharist, I love so much the beautiful Heaven of My little souls…. tell it to My little spouses (i.e. the humble souls that receive Him in Communion) tell them to rest five minutes on My Heart throbbing with love. Think only of Me by this simple word:
‘Thank you, my Beloved, You live in me and I live in You.’
You see the sweetness you will taste and how you will give me consolation.
Ask of Me in the fifth minute the conversion of a thousand sinners. It will be a great joy for My Divine Father, for Heaven, I ask for you the same favour. I will be there inside you, infinite goodness, the splendour of heaven. Only five minutes thinking about Me and asking Me at the fifth minute the salvation of souls. My Divine Heart is overflowing with joy at this request of graces and I will also grant it.”
~~ In all, right after we receive Communion, we meditate and rest on the Sacred Heart saying devoutly the simple prayer He taught for five minutes, then ask for the salvation of one thousand sinners in the fifth minute. How simple and magnificent!~~
I am surprised to see Father Hewko wearing the hat during Mass. While I’m sure its off during Consecration, does anyone know why he wears it at other times during Mass? Is this not forbidden, except by a Bishop?
A biretta is often used by Traditional priests during parts of the Mass – usually while entering, exiting and giving a sermon.
We feel very strongly that we can no longer attend the NewSSPX chapels. It is a lonely road because many people are not able to see the reasons for this decision. We want to thank Ecclesia Militans for standing up firmly, especially on CathInfo where there doesn’t seem to be many allies. We thank Fr.Hewko for this sermon which confirms our decision to leave the SSPX and truly resist!
