“Vatican II Crucifies Christ to the Cross” – Fr. David Hewko

Here is an extract of a sermon given by Fr. David Hewko in Sparta, New Jersey on January 5, 2014.  We cannot reconcile Vatican II with Catholic Tradition.  Compare this to Bishop Fellay’s hope that Vatican II would be considered a part of Tradition.

  1. I found out that it has to do with the browser. Make sure you have the latest version of Internet Explorer or try another browser like Google Chrome.

  2. Sorry, Nora. I don’t know why it doesn’t work on an iMac. Perhaps your operating system is not compatible with WordPress. I e-mailed you the file instead.

  3. Praise and thanks be to God from all of us who actually knew Archbishop Lefebvre and who learned from his words and his example. God in His Mercy save us from falling away, as has +Fellay who, it seems clear, never really understood what ++ Lefebvre was about. Superficial piety and Tartufferie do nothing to keep us from losing our way and losing the Faith. The Faith is not a thing of ‘feeling’. Speaking floridly about Our Blessed Lady and calling for ‘Rosary Crusades’ do nothing to preserve and propagate the Faith when in practice you deviate from the narrow, rocky, stony path. We must work for what we pray for or our prayers have less value than we would wish. +Fellay is “far from the Truth”, a very holy Priest has assured me. My understanding is that if we are “far from the Truth” we must axiomatically be far from the Way and far from the Life. What a sadness that would be for Archbishop Lefebvre to contemplate that one of his sons has gone renegade and Modernist. He left us a quiver with four, seemingly straight arrows. Only one is left to us and he is allegedly cast out from the FSSPX. The Anglo-Saxon convert is still the Archbishop’s son, still recognisably a Catholic Bishop and the only one unequivocally to follow the Archbishop’s teachings. A thing of wonder and a thing of shame for the three other cradle-Catholic Bishops.

  4. Donkath and Nora,

I just tried it and it worked. When you right click on the play button, there is a menu that shows up. One of the options in this menu is “Save audio as”. When you left click on the “Save audio as” option, it will give you the ability to save to your computer.
